FAMILY FRIDAYS – STARTING TONIGHT
Just $20 per adult and $10 per child
We want everyone to experience the excitement, the drama, (not to mention the sword fights), that is AIDA. Come with the children. Come with the grandchildren. Just don’t miss out this powerful production.
Tell the kids to get off their computers, get away from the TV, quit texting messages and instead experience live theatre! You don’t have to go the Broadway and spend your nest egg to do it.
Just read what TriArts Board President, David Sims, had to say about bringing his grandkids to the show.
Jennifer and I along took our grandchildren, Audrey (age 7) and Hawkins (4) to the AIDA dress rehearsal on Wednesday. We were worried that the whole show would just be too long for them and I didn't want to chance it at a regular performance. Boy was I wrong! Hawkins had a fit when we suggested he couldn't stay for Act II-So we stayed and they loved it!! I should say we all loved it!!!
This is a performance for the entire family.
The story itself is absorbing; the voices are wonderful; the scenery and sets are terrific and the dancing the best we have done.
Call the box Office at 860-364-SHOW (7469) X. 201 and say you want to come for Family Friday. (Based on availability). Curtain is 8 pm

Aida: Another Smash Hit for TriArts
The whistles and cheers throughout the show and the
spontaneous standing ovation at the end said it all at
Aida's opening night. Here are a few samples of the
audience's remarks as they exited:
"I've got chills
over my whole body."
"That girl is Broadway
material!"
"He was so dreamy. And what a talent. How
did he get so believable?"
"I saw Aida on Broadway, and this was just as good or even better."
"That music lifts you right up off your
seat."
A little girl in the ladies' room: "The girl sitting
next to me had tears running down her face. But she
was also wearing a big smile! It was amazing."
Just ask anybody who was there! |
